It’s fast food but easily the best available. Visited their Birmingham bullring restaurant, Simon and his team prepared excellent fresh food, as well as visiting every table to make sure his customers were happy. Keep up the great service Simon. Thanks

4 people behind the till but only 1 person on a till. 3 tills in total and only 1 till open. This customer service is atrocious and extremely slow. Workers are talking to eachother not helping reduce queue times and serve customers. Absolutely shocking at the Bekton Gallions Reach branch

Disgusting company and food was off made us sick for weeks

I like/love the product, except for the huge amount of salt. I like salty stuff -although should not- but this is ridiculous! And we noticed that most of the salt has been sprinkled after the chicken has been fried.
Therefore we tried different stores, hoping one would be better than the other... but no luck!!

First, I don’t write reviews, so let me get started with this review. I want to try their wings because the commercials looked like they might be worth a try. I was wrong.
Second, I took 4 bites and chucked the rest in the TRASH. They were small, DRY with no TASTE at all. Don’t know if they were chicken wings or pigeon wings.
Third, the Ranch Dressings was watery. I never tasted or seen dressing so watery and tasteless.
Fourth, the fries taste like they were fried in fish grease. The Grease must have been very old.
Fifth, I would have done way better if I bought my own wings from the store, I would have been better off cooking my own wings.
So, there you have it folks. I guess you might be okay with these wings if you were drunk and out of it and wanted something to eat quick. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it.

If I could do no stars - I would , Today. Never have had a problem before.
50th Birthday Celebration ordered delivery and my order was incomplete. I called to get it fixed and was told that they could re-do the order and that it would be ready when I arrived. During the celebration I left to pick up the order. When I arrived order was not ready, as I was told, and I had to wait. Being the guest of honor for the celebration this made for a disappointing memory.

Ordered food and was there to pick it up earlier than mentioned. The food was soggy, and they would not make good. Reversed charges on Visa! Bad business.

Very poorly run. No one likes their job and the employees are rude. Wings are good but the blue cheese dressing is awful. Won’t eat their again.

Gentlemen on the phone gave me a 705 pickup when I arrived at 710 he says it will be another 20-30 minutes.I asked why they had me come in 705 and the kid laughed at me and shrugged his shoulders.I can promise you I will never ever use wing stop again second bad experience in a row.worst run business I’ve ever seen 👎👎👎

First off I would've loved to give a higher rating just for the taste. These wings are so good. But ya know what some things just aren't worth waiting over 30 minutes for. 3/10/23 We placed a online order for 53.26, we waited about 23 mins before leaving our home because previous visits here, we've waited over 45 mins and had to get our meals made again apparently. I did notice how unclean the store was with so many people working that day. This visit we still waited 26 mins and saw a handful of rudeness from a lady called out to people rudely and aggressively .I wouldn't go here. Placed an online order at Wingstop for Super Bowl Sunday. The pick up time 5:45 p.m. I did not get the food until 6:20. Upon getting home everything was cold. Today when I return to complain, I spoke to Jessica and she did everything correct Yesterday I gave her praise that no matter how crazy busythis place was she kept a cool calm. She kept updating her helpers of what was needed at all times. I recommend her and Paul who was doing the wings the whole time.

The food was incredible. I loved all the wings I got to try. It is cool how there is rankings of all of their wings! Service was great, got our food under 10 minutes. It costed a lot, but it was reasonable. I loved the experience. I fell in love with the deep-fried corn side dish!
