"Handled the mix-up really well"
Had a little mix-up with my order, but the staff jumped in and helped me right away. They were super friendly and didn’t make it no big thing, which I appreciated. The food still came out fresh too, so I wasn’t unhappy with the experience at all.

The wings were okay, nothing amazing but not bad. The fries were the letdown though, they tasted old and were soggy, with barely any seasoning. I was also a little confused because the website made it seem like they’d be fresh and well-seasoned, but that’s not really what I got. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Packaging was actually solid"
Ordered from Wingstop the packaging was way better than I expected. The fries and wings were in neat boxes, nothing was leaking, crushed, or all over the place. The sauces were sealed up tight too, which I really appreciated because I can’t stand getting a messy bag. Food was still warm when it showed up. I’m blaming whoever runs this for making a simple order feel way more put together than usual.

I gave Wingstop another shot, it was a good one. I’m starting to notice the lemon pepper is usually the safest bet for me because the flavor was on point again, and the fries had that good seasoning that makes you keep picking at them. A couple of the wing pieces were a little dry, which seems to happen here and there, but overall I still enjoyed it. I’d definitely order again.

"Chill spot, but a little noisy"
The place had a really relaxed vibe overall, and I felt comfortable hanging out there. It was just a bit louder than I expected, so if you're sensitive to noise or trying to have a quiet conversation, it might be something to keep in mind.

I reached out for help , but support just kept passing me from one person to another . It felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue , and it got frustrating after a while .

"Not as Saucy as I Expected"
I ordered the extra saucy wings expecting them to be well coated, but when they arrived, they were almost dry. Based on that experience, I was disappointed because the sauce was the main reason I ordered them that way

My order came out right this time, with the sauces and sides and all that. Pickup was easy, and nothing was missing, which made the whole dinner thing way less annoying.

"Pretty Good This Time"
My food showed up nice and hot, and the fries were still warm too, which makes a big difference. I’m sure cold wings are one of the worst things to get delivered, so I was definitely happy with this order this time.

"Good food, frustrating app"
I do like Wingstop, but the app kind of makes ordering way harder than it needs to be. It freezes on me when I’m trying to customize my wings, and for some reason my cart has cleared out more than once like I did something wrong. I had to restart the app twice just to get one order placed. Checkout is clunky too, the buttons don’t always respond right away, which makes it feel like the app is just not keeping up. The food is still good, but they really need to fix the app. Next time I might just call the store instead.

"Food was okay, but the cleanliness was a letdown"
The food itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. What really bothered me was that the place just felt dirty, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. It also kind of felt like the standards kept shifting, like one minute things were supposed to be cleaned up and the next it was suddenly acceptable to just ignore it. Not the worst experience, but I probably wouldn’t go back unless they get the place in better shape...

I ordered Wingstop and the portions were kinda solid for the price. The fries were a bit more than I thought I’d get, and the wings more or less filled me up. A few pieces seemed sort of smaller than the others, but overall I was happy with it...

"I do really like Wingstop overall…"
I do really like Wingstop overall, the flavors usually hit the spot, and it’s one of those places I still crave once in a while. That said, it can get expensive fast once you add fries, a drink, and delivery fees, and the portions are just okay for what you end up paying. I’ll probably keep ordering when I’m in the mood for wings, but I really wish they had better deals more often

I ordered through Wingstop for pickup, and the site was already moving kind of slow, which was annoying. It told me my food would be ready in about 20 minutes, but when I showed up, they hadn’t even started making it yet. I also realized one of my dips was missing once I got the order. The food was fine when I finally got it, but the whole online ordering thing just didn’t feel worth it. Support basically said something like, “Sorry for the delay, we’ll pass it along,” which didn’t really help much in the moment

"I’ve given Wingstop way too many chances…"
I’ve given Wingstop way too many chances, but it’s just never consistent. Sometimes the wings are actually good, then the next time they’re dry, barely have any sauce, or half the order is missing. Ordering through the website doesn’t make it any better either. The pickup times are always off, and you’re kind of left in the dark wondering if your food is actually ready or if it’s even going to be right. At this point it just feels random every time, so I’m done.

"Really friendly and patient staff"
I had a great experience here. The staff were super nice and really patient with me, even when I changed my order a couple of times. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all, and my food still came out quickly. Definitely appreciated the friendly service.
