What happened: On July **th between *:** and *:**, I was given the wrong order , realizing this as soon as I got home. Going back to get the right order,I was told I had to bring in the order I was given just so mine could be remade… At that point in time the wrong order was already sitting in my trash can because it wasn’t what I ordered and I wasn’t aware that I had to do that just to get my food. Requesting a refund for this because I was refused food that night and I was out of $*** over a policy I wasn’t even aware was a thing. I reached out through their website and through a survey I was sent to my email and nobody has reached out as of yet.
What happened: I am an employee at Wingstop in merced store number ***, and this report is regarding the management.. I have been an employee there for over a year and almost the entire time the manager and now assistant manager have not liked me, but recently this last week I was accused of stealing. I had gotten a text from the general manager saying that I was gonna get written up for “stealing” because I had given a cup to an ex employee who had bought something and did the survey and I was told by all night crew shift leads who were supposedly told by the general manager that whoever does the survey has the option of a free ranch, fry brownie or a cup. And I have the screenshots of the messages from the general manages to a shift lead stating that customers had those options.along with this ever since the general and assistant manager started dating the store in general has just gotten worse. Both of them have favorites and those favorites get free meals and the entire morning crew has the alarm code and access to the store and none of them are apart of management.
